Customer Review: Excellent shoe

This is the second pair of the Saucony Progrid Trigon 5 shoe I've purchased. It is an excellent shoe for cross training. I can run 7 miles in them as well as dead lift the next day. Having had foot problems in the past, I am very careful about which shoe I wear and give this shoe five stars.
