Women's Keen Venice H2

good hiking sandal
I bought these to wear in Hawaii for hiking and exploring waterfalls and trails. I did get a blister the first day wearing them barefoot. But with socks they were great! Good traction and grip on rocks, even when slippery! Easy to clean.

size matters
Love the shoe itself. Comfortable, waterproof, stylish (?) and functional. The issue is that the sizing is not consistent between all of the Keen shoes. I have a different pair of Keens in the same size and those shoes are loose. The Venice H2 pair is snug but not yet to the point of being too small.
Overall, I love the shoes and would recommend them to others with the caveat that one must think about sizing up a bit.

Shoes are very comfortable, great for wearing around the house and for running errands. Be sure to order extra rivets since they tend to break if you catch the strap on something. Crocs will send you straps or rivets for free.


I received just what I wanted when I wanted it
Having had a pair of Crocs in the past I was happy to see they were available from Amazon, and sold by Amazon. I was able to get free shipping (to a US address), which is always a plus, and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I received exactly what I wanted and wouldn't hesitate to order them again should I need another pair in the future, I think they are very comfortable sandals. Now I'll have to order some Crocs flip flops, I hear they're better for your feet than regular flip flops.

Rockport Men's World Tour Classic Walking Shoe

Compared to other brands this is a good buy. Well constructed and has adequate comfort without tiring out your feet. No major flaws and quality is right there with the best of them. Rockport is one of the best and the most comfortable shoe on the market today.

Evolving disappointment with Rockport World Tour Classic
I have been purchasing and wearing Rockport World Tour Classic walking shoes for many years and have put thousands of miles on them, but ever since they have been manufactured in Vietnam, there has been a definite change in the amount of material in the shoes -- specifically the mid-soles. The mid-soles are thinner and flimsy. This causes discomfort to my metatarsals after walking as little as a half hour. In the older versions of World Tour that I am still using, I can walk for up to two hours before this happens. I have now purchased three pair manufactured in Vietnam and it's the same story. Still a well made shoe but skimping on material.

Brooks Men's Radius 6 Running Shoe

Brooks are all ways good..
I have put 200 miles on these all ready. I usually buy 'Beasts' even though I don't over-pronate because I really pound the pavement. These seem to be holding-out well...

Brooks Radius 6 Review
This is the 2nd pair of Brooks running shoes I have purchased and they have been outstanding. My current pair of Radius 6 shoes have lasted just over a year/500+ miles and the cushioning/fit have been great. I used to buy Asics religiously, but I am now a Brooks convert. My next pair will no doubt be the Brooks Radius 7.

great 'old' shoe
'Old' because of course there is the R7 now. I started jogging/walking (4k daily) last year after many years of swimming only. Bought a pair of cheapies at Target and had numerous foot/leg problems. When younger I ran a lot. I ran in Brooks up to the transition to PR when quality became a distant memory. Now made in China, the R6 at any rate is a very high quality product. If you are neutral or a slight supinator, this shoe should be good. It is built like a tank, though, and is somewhat stiff. Low heel still has lots of cushion (at least for someone with an acceptable BMI). Great stability. My shoe size is US10 or slightly bigger with normal width and I ordered 11D (following Brooks advice to order 1/2 to 1 size larger) and the fit is perfect. For around USD40, the shoes are a serious bargain. A couple of months of daily short runs has produced no noticeable wear.
